3. Dodacia lehota bude potvrdená po záväznej objednávke a závisí od aktuálnej dostupnosti tovaru alebo kapacity služieb.

   Delivery time will be confirmed upon receipt of a binding order and depends on current product availability or service capacity.

4. Platobné podmienky: do 14 dní od vystavenia faktúry, ak nie je dohodnuté inak.

   Payment terms: within 14 days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

5. FSC, s.r.o. si vyhradzuje právo na úpravu cien v prípade zmien dodávateľských cien alebo iných objektívnych dôvodov.

6. Vlastnícke právo k tovaru prechádza na zákazníka až po úplnom uhradení ceny.
